The Reno Gazette Journal is reporting, “Crews return this morning to battle the Washoe Drive Fire that destroyed 20 plus homes and reached 3,700 acres. The fire is 50 percent contained. There are no new details on the cause of the fire or the death attributed to it. U.S. 395 remains closed from the Mount Rose Highway to Carson City.”
