Grab the family and head on out to California’s Heart of the Desert, Borrego Springs, for the 47th Annual Borrego Days Desert Festival. Friends and family will gather for this three day local tradition to enjoy a little sliver of Americana in our own backyard.

On Saturday morning be sure to come out and enjoy the Parade through town at 10:00 AM to see the lively marching bands, floats, decorated golf carts, equestrian groups and more!
Take a stroll to peruse an array of arts and crafts, and artist and vendor booths. Listen to amazing live entertainment at the Music Festival on the stage at Christmas Circle Park. Enjoy plenty of food for everyone, and quench your thirst in the beer garden. View the Classic Cars and Motorcycles on display.
Even the little ones are guaranteed to have a good time as they keep busy all day enjoying the children’s area complete with mini-carnival, face painting, pony rides, interactive activities, and arts and crafts.
This event is the perfect way to make lasting memories with your family and friends, while enjoying the picturesque desert landscape.
The 2012 Borrego Days Parade & Festival is dedicated to Dennis S. Avery.
Grand Marshal is Ricardo Breceda, sculptor of the Sky Art located on Dennis’ Galleta Meadows property. A memorial bench for Dennis will be unveiled during the festivities on October 26-28, 2012.
