Another Mystery Tree

This is actually more of a large shrub. They grow on some ridges along the Oregon/Nevada border and they have totally stumped me. They average about seven to ten feet tall. I don't know what the dzrt Grls are thinking, but I can no longer view any of their pictures. It says I need Firefox and Chrome or whatever. Sheesh! I tried emailing them, but have gotten no response.
