I think the biggest advantage of Mozilla Firefox over Microsoft Explorer is that they have made fewer hacker enemies than has Microsoft. As a result, fewer attacks are targeted at Firefox.

Both Firefox and Google Chrome are free, and either is less susceptible to catching viruses. After a couple of bad incidents with Microsoft Explorer, I only use those two.

I'd been in Arizona two days when I first became a victim of the cholla. That was the last time I ever stepped off of a sidewalk without boots. Using pliers to pull spines out of one's ankle will have that sort of effect......

If you want to see some really strange flying objects, just take a Southwest Airlines flight and, when they hit cruise altitude, look around at your neighbors......yike!

Yep, they still launch rawinsonde balloons every 12 hours at the designated sites. In addition, several sites also launch the really big, very high altitude balloons to carry near-space payloads. White Sands, and a site near Palestine in TX are the big sources of these.

Reality happened.

Besides, would such a world really be than ideal? I'd much rather have desert than that. The desert is spiritually cleansing to the soul and, as such is too precious to convert.
