Space Cowboy please email Jim B at jim@desertusa.com and put Desert Contest in the subject line and include your na...

Re: Contest Chit Chat Part 1

I'll post the winners name on the 1st of the month in the contest thread or here, and see to it that the topo program gets delivered to the winner.

Re: For Sandman

That's a beautiful area. Linda and I were up there last year and saw a lot of birds (eagle amongst them) and a lot of wildlife too. Now educate me, you are sure that's a cutthroat? It looks like a rainbow to me.

Re: Group sues Arizona to bar trapping of jaguars

I have to say I agree wholeheartedly with you. Some of the Game & Fish people here are friends of ours and they know how we feel about them killing mountain lions in the Kofa Mountain Range to protect the sheep; which is a big source of income for the Dept. during hunting season. Leave mother na...

Re: Wild about wildflowers

Here's one that I won an honorable mention with at the Yuma County Fair a couple of years ago.
I don't know what species they are, but the photo was taken on the Barry Goldwater Bombing Range.

Sorry: But that's too far off to know what we'll be doing. We usually do things on a spur of the moment basis.

Good luck on your trip.
