Looking for Ron Eagle

My name is Curt Richard. I was 11 years old when we lived in Camp Eagle, across from the Lost Dutchman State Park (1981). We spent a year out there with Ron (Eagle), his family (twin daughters Audra & Barbara), and many others, who's names included Pepper (nickname of course), Mike and his wife, Jan, and a crazy Indian who called himself, "Chief" who visited our camp frequently.

My father's name was Craig Richard, Sr., who passed away in 2005. I have very fond memories of being with him, in the search for the Lost Dutchman treasure. In 1982, we had to leave Apache Junction because my mother became very ill from a bacterial virus in our water supply.

It was quite an adventure living in the camp and I would really like to get in touch with Ron Eagle or anyone who remembers this time. At the time, it was my brother Craig Jr, my mother and father (Diane & Craig, Sr) and my sister, Dawn. If there is anyone out there who knows Ron Eagle or the twins, please contact me. I last heard Ron had a son who is still out there in search of the mine. I am still very interested and look forward to revisiting this adventure.

Sincerely,
Curt Richard
