I'm hoping to make it at least for 1 day, but have some issues to deal with and may have to pass up this year's Rendezvous - we'll see. If I do go though, I look forward to seeing you - I didn't get a chance to really talk to you last year.

Re: 8th. ANNUAL DUTCH HUNTER'S RENDEZVOUS
now what happened to that interesting discussion I was reading?
anyway I'd like to make it to a Rendezvous
one of these years
but with my LDM theory
I'm afraid you guys would throw rocks at me
-which would be fine if they are the good stuff
I have enough leaverites !--

Hey Roc,
I wouldn't worry about being out there on your LDM theory. The more I study, the further I diverge from the 'mainstream' and other DH'ers have treated me respectfully, in spite of my far-fetched ideas.
All,
Anyone know if Tom Glover is going to make it?
Thanks,
Ashton

I haven't heard yet Ashton - I know he's always an awfully busy person, so he probably won't be able to commit one way or another until this summer sometime and if any of us here, we'll definitely post it in this thread. He's definitely an interesting person to talk with.AshtonPage wrote:Hey Roc,

Thomas is just wrapping up some projects. If the timing works out, he will be at the Rendezvous on Saturday, and probably be one of the speakers. From what he said, it's not a talk that anyone will want to miss.
Hope to see you there,
Joe

Are you indicating that Mr. Glover will be revealing the missing directions?
Re: 8th. ANNUAL DUTCH HUNTER'S RENDEZVOUS
de Oro,
I know what Thomas will be talking about, assuming he makes the event, but don't know what details he will include.
Once you leave the clues that Ely and Bark wrote about, I find what came later highly suspicious. Not that it can't all be true, but I would find it hard to base a long search on any of it. The "German clues" are a prime example. What are the problems with them and who was the source?
Take care,
Joe
