So after the first day here's what I found!

I'm not taking any more of the Chia Seed gel. Linda and I both got a euphoric feeling almost immediately -- she mentioned to me that she felt wired -- my feeling exactly! BUT; and this is important -- later and in fact 3 times yesterday I got light headed and felt dizzy, and this is not something that is normal for me. So I've discontinued the use of this. I won't be posting any links to the seeds as this is a herbal remedy with no real scientific studies done on it. I do not recommend it's use!

Just like a lot of the old time remedies this one is an unknown as far as I'm concerned. It's still interesting and I could see where it probably benefited the Indians and maybe even killed a few of them. Back then who would've known?
