I guess mine is about right then, 30-32 w/water. I was just wondering if that was about average.

I do not recall the brand name, but my bud Scott has one of these big metal jobbies and he says a block of ice lasts five days in it in our average summer weather, eighties to high nineties. I think you probably get what you pay for. I have one of those ten-dollar cheapie plastic jobs from Wal-Mart and it is pretty pathetic. A block might last a day and a half in it.
