Space Cowboy wrote:Okay, Yuccahead, no kidding, are you, or have you ever been, the cowdude in the red shirt playing the mandolin? Really? Are you a professional musician, or an actor hired to look exceptionally cowdudish while playing air-mandolin? Your rabid fans and groupies need to know!
No kidding, it's me. I was a musician for most of my life and was in Jann's band for about 4 years but moved on to Nashville after that and worked on the road for other singers. To the right of that video is a selection of other vids marked "LIVE 7/31/90" from a show we did in Roseville, CA. I'm the lead player in the baseball cap.
I've found other Nashville vids on Youtube that I'm in as well, but this one was relateable to the desert.

Mr. Tambourine Man

“Hey! Mr Tambourine Man, play a song for me
I'm not sleepy and there is no place I'm going to
Hey! Mr Tambourine Man, play a song for me
In the jingle jangle morning I'll come followin' you
Though I know that evenin's empire has returned into sand
Vanished from my hand
Left me blindly here to stand but still not sleeping...”
