More Petroglyph Damage

On the local news today I heard where vandals, (I have other names for them), spray painted numerous Petroglyph Panels in the Red Rock Canyon area outside of Las Vegas. Officials are saying that this is the worst damage ever recorded. I hope that they're able to restore them. Friggin Jerks!!

I agree, Terry and TradClimber, the reward should be a heck of a lot higher. The problem is that the current reward is being offered by two private groups and I'm sure they have limited funds. I would like to see some of the wealthy casino and/or business owners in Las Vegas pony-up some money to fatten the reward. I would also like to see that the story and reward being offered is put in major newspapers in the surrounding states. I can't say for sure but I'll bet this damage was done by kids, and I can almost guarantee that if the reward was high enough someone would drop a dime on those who did it.

I just heard on the news this morning that authorities have identified the group that may be responsible for the damage to the Petroglyph's and Pictograph's in Red Rock Canyon. I can only hope that they're getting closer to making some arrests in this horrible case of vandalism. If they could only up the ante on the reward I'm sure someone who knows these kids may step-up and drop a dime on them. I'll let everyone know when I hear more...
