I've got nothing to add except that I got to see it. We crossed over the Mojave R. in Victorville Wed. afternoon and I nearly drove off the interstate overpass when I saw the water. My wife thought I was nuts but I'd never seen water like that in that riverbed, it was amazing.

I saw the Mojave flowing pretty good when my wife and I were living in Silver Lakes, I can't remember exactly when but it was sometime in the early nineties.
