I was reading about Roosevelt Lake the other day and came across an article that spoke of a place called The Hotel Point . I'm not sure if thats a real name or one just speaking about a hotel on a point on the lake. Was there a place the was a hotel that offered boating and other fun activities during the early 1900s because I can't find it today. Maybe prior to the marina just east of the bridge it was a hotel.

Look at this sitehttp://arizona100.blogspot.com/2010/12/roosevelt-survived-flood-town-of.html for more info on both the dam building and the Hotel.
