A very apt map in NV
Has anyone noticed that the map of Nye County in Nevada is shaped like a rock pick? I wonder if this is a coincidence or to celebrate the extensive mining history of that county?

I looked it up, and you're right. I'm sure its a coincidence, but it is apt, as you say. I'd be interested in the politics or geography that got it that shape.
