This is actually more of a large shrub. They grow on some ridges along the Oregon/Nevada border and they have totally stumped me. They average about seven to ten feet tall. Anyone have a clue?

What ever it is, it sure looks a lot like the Coma which is native to Texas.

At first I thought they might be pecan, but there was no sign of nuts on or below the bushes.

Helpful to have close pics of leaves etc. The arrangement of leaves etc can help in identification.
