Thanks Lara, I'm really glad you like them. I really like looking for abstract designs in nature and yesterday I hit the motherlode.lara wrote:wonderful images. i have never seen anything quite like them.

These frozen potholes go through a freeze/thaw almost every night and day this time of year and are constantly changing.
Just a couple more, then I'll stop.

Is it OK to copy several of these pictures and then have them enlarged so I can hang them up? They are extraordinary! I really appreciate artistry like this, since I am an artistic anti-talent! The ability to capture natures beauty on film like this is amazing!

shining sun, thanks a lot, I'm really glad you're liking them so much. You're welcome to try and copy some of them but I don't know how well they will enlarge. I cropped them and reduced them to a quarter of the original file size and it's only a 5 MP camera to start with. I found this Canon camera hanging on a tree by the Colorado R. a few years ago, but with 10 MP cameras under 100 bucks these days, I gotta get a new one.shining sun wrote:Is it OK to copy several of these pictures and then have them enlarged so I can hang them up?
