Last week I got a chance to raft Desolation Canyon on the Green River in Utah. It's about an 85 mile trip with nearly 60 rapids along the way ranging from riffles to Class III+. We hit the weather just about right, beautiful sunny days, no bugs with just a bit of rain on the last morning.

That looks like a great time! Except for loading up in the rain... But heck, the rafting is cold and wet anyway, right? Does anyone wear a wet suit?
