I have, indeed, seen that.

In fact, while it sounds like a joke, there are 5 different "organizations" (using the term loosely), who have websites dedicated to following up on scams - they have even traveled to Nigeria, London, and some other countries. 419 is only one of them. (there may be more by now).

Thanks Beth and tradclimber! These links were very telling and informative! I have received several nigerian 419 attempts this last year, and I ended them by simply saying; "thanks, I could use some cash, as I only have $20.00 in my checking account". Needless to say, this ended the correspondence quickly. One was a very attractive lady from Africa that was willing to send me some rather racy pictures of herself. I declined the offer, as my wife would have killed me, lol! Anyway, thanks to the both of you for sharing such good info! Rick
