Just a guess on my part; Silktree. Also often called a Mimosa tree or Powderpuff tree. ALBIZIA JULIBRISSIN. Maybe someone will know for sure---good luck Mike C. Brea, Ca.

I too thought it was a Mimosa, but what has me stumped is the flower. The flower is the same shape as the Mimosa but it is a very light pastel green and most all Mimosa's are pink. The shrub I have is indigenous to Cabo San Lucas. I thought it could also be a relative to the fairy duster but was told it was not by the horticultural company I contacted, and they could not identify it. So, that still leaves me to wonder what it is and that is what brought me to this forum :) I still hold out hope that someone will know exactly what tree/shrub this is!
