Re: Here is what happened
RMG. Thanks for all the information. Now we know Travis was involved in utilizing maps from Arizona I wonder if he Incorporated The Julia Thomas map into his creation of the Stone Maps, since one of the signs on the Julia Thomas Maps plays a significant place on the Trail Maps. Hard to believe her m...

Re: A New Beginning
Mr. Ribaudo, Like a broken clock you tend to be right two times a day. And for that you are to be congratulated. Your batting average is far better than most. Imagine the history of the Superstitions to be a book. We simply work in different chapters and from time to time try to nudge you in the rig...

Re: A New Beginning
Ryan, Charlie Miller found the Latin Heart in the general area of where it is claimed the Stone Maps were found. Several sources in the Apache Junction area has confirmed this and it is true. The Latin Heart is the link between the Stone Maps and other things in the Superstitions that are far more i...

Re: Finding the Peralta Treasures
Hello Robert K I really enjoyed reading your article and would like to wish you luck in getting the right folks interested in your efforts. Hopefully something remarkable can come of this and a hidden chapter of the Superstitions can be revealed. I wonder if the two germans you mentioned might have ...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
wrmickel, You must be right. In fact I am positive you are. Well there is always the hall of records, wait that was run off with a while back. About the same time the black helicopters vacated Horse Mesa. Oh well there are a few good watering holes in Mesa. Good luck to you Mr. Watson/wrmick...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
wrmickel, I guess you are right I must be a fictional character. But then again I rather be Keyser Sorze than Sherlock Holmes. Sherlock always defined himself in terms of his prey. A rather limiting way to do life. Keyser would take the trail maps, line up the Salt River, Fish Creek, and Black...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Deducer, Is the latin heart an honorable and truthful artifact? Yes it is. It reveals. The horse/priest map is neither and was meant to conceal. I was hopeful we could have a dialogue of give and take. It seems I was mistaken. I wish you luck in you efforts. The truth is never as simple as deduction...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Deducer, Gene came across the Peralta book in his research. It was found in the basement of Ruth`s home it seems. Quite the read. Before we get to Mary I would like to ask you one question. The latin heart has been called a fraud by some and others believe it is authentic. What is it about the langu...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Deducer, Yes it does make a good story. If you haven`t already read Jim Hatt`s pamphlet on the Stone Maps you might find it of interest. Also Gene Reynolds work, "Borrego 13." If Gene`s discovery of the Peralta Book had ever been made public, with the accompanying pictures, all of this wou...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Deducer,
I believe the trail maps, insert and latin heart lead to one specific location in the range. This is based on a discovery an associate and I made in a cave on Bluff Spring Mountain years ago.
The trail maps are not about gold but they involve gold.
What do you believe?
