Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
SH, I'm going out in November. I found a likely spot (as likely as any) for the LDM. It fits most of the clues supposedly left behind by Waltz. I am a Recon Marine by trade, so maps and aerial photography/SAT is my expertise. If you consider that the large hole in the map is Weavers Needle and the A...

Re: Montezuma's Treasure
Ouch that doesn't sound too happy. Long tubes? Like the lead slinging kind? Perhaps the old city has been looted? Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
New to the site.
Has anyone considered placing a wooden dowel in the large hole so that time of day/ direction to the cave entrance can be gained? Like a rose wheel on a nautical chart?
Just an idea.
Thx

Re: Montezuma's Treasure
I see this topic hasn't been posted on for awhile. I'm new to the site so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong spot. I am also interested in finding the trail to Aztlan. My trail leads in a different direction I suppose. I was thinking of the Panamint Range in Ca back when Lake Manly was still pr...
