I employed my own solution and installed a solar system on my home that provides all of my energy needs right here at the site where I need it. No fuss no muss, and I OWN IT.
Peace,
Kevin

Hey Pharo
Hey PBiZ, I'm gonna be out your way on Sunday selling a solar system. If you want to talk about one for your place I'll stop by in the afternoon. This may be a bit strange, but your a strange dude and my gut tells me it just might be a good fit for you and your wife. One never knows eh?? Ping me at ...

Re: Rain in the desert
Yes it is Jim. its been hammering since very early this morning in Central Arizona, snowing hard and steady in Flagstaff and there has been a nice and steady moderate rain falling in Phoenix since mid morning. I've been in all three places today. I'd guess we'll need several more like this before th...

I'd worry more about goathead thorns in your feet when your coming back from the kitchen with a snack........

Hey Castle! No doubt about that. When the conditions exist, hydro is awesome stuff. I went to a training seminar in California, and although I forgot the math on it, I was blown away when the teacher highlighted hydro. Here in Arizona we get 4000 megawatts from the Palo Verde Nuclear Plant, and 2040...

Re: Global Warming is a Fraud
Brew, in one of my posts above I stated this will be a grid tied system. If things get nuts with the utility then I'll go through the hassle of having a battery back up system. My hope is that some super smart person is just about to invent a storage system that wil be small, store a boat load of ex...

Re: Global Warming is a Fraud
MMM's post is exactly what I am talking about. He found some forum were someone states that the panels will drop 1% a year and folks run with that. I've been spending a lot of time in getting educated by the manufacturers and solar organizations and I can tell you there is a whole lot of bad info fl...
