Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Chuck You better lay down some tracks, boots in the sand before you put your trust in GE. Alittle test, GE your home town the park or backyard see how many numbers you can see in your own yard I bet you will see some, then go out and find them. There not gonna be there. Give it a try and you will s...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Just because you can see it from the sky doesn`t mean you can`t see it from the ground too. Maybe they didn`t invent signs yet. I don`t know.I just call it like I see it. Thanks Chuck

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Thanks somehiker for the info on the area, I was able to find it once I found out where Tortilla Mt. was. I thought that it was farther south in the Tortilla Mountains. I found something quite peculiar. I noticed on the rocks up near the top of the cliff what appears to be numbers written on them. I...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
The one thing that puzzled me is that there is nothing on the stones that tells you where to look, just what to look for when you get there. Then when I found out where the stone were found I started looking at that area using GE and I found that there are numbers writen in the sand that look like c...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"

I found his saddle and cargo box`s and trash at the base. But I ran out of time to go farther. If I didn`t report back by the second day the SAR would be called. So I headed out and got my phone sign...

Re: The "PERALTA STONE MAPS"
Thanks for replying, that is the wisest advice that I got out of this thing so far. Would you consider hiking out with me in the Fall? I have the maps figured out to the T, I can get there without a map. A lot of the perceptions of the stones are way off.
