Good one SH, Looked to me like he was flagging in a plane to land on a carrier, or pointing over to "Treasure Hill", i'd guess the later. Still over in the land of smiles, will check it out in September.

Hard to say what it's all about and might depend on how old it really is.
If related to the Stone Maps it could be something a modern overly enthusiastic searcher created.
Perhaps even modified, with the addition of the heart for example, since such anthropomorphic depictions of humans and deities are common in the catalogue of ancient petroglyphs.
But if it pre-dates the stones reported date of discovery (ie: was reported by someone before 1948) it may be a genuine piece of the puzzle.
It would seem as though the "heart" is the focal point at this location IMO.
