Missing hiker found dead

Jack LaMont, 54, knew the ropes of hiking. He'd taken numerous wilderness and hiking classes, was a longtime member of the Everett Mountaineers and frequently led hikes in the mountains of Snohomish County.
Before he went out for a hike Saturday, he left a note saying where he expected to go and when he would return that day, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.

No surprises there.
Not too many ice deaths in S. AZ. but be darned careful if you head up further north.
