ATV Ride Areas?

Post by hoser »

Hi
I am always looking for new places to ride in the South West deserts (CA AZ NV UT MN etc.) does anybody have any ride areas they would like to share?

I am also looking for GPS data of past trips if you would like to share.

Thanks in advance.

There are hundreds of "Legal" riding areas across the US. Here are a few links that will point you out to them:

Hi,
Thanks for the reply I have already found all the popular info sites by searching the web but only found a few that has GPS data files like here http://offroadinghome.com/arizona/arizona.htm you can download and put into your GPS then follow.

I have also found a bunch of sweet trails on my own and mapped them.
For example someone said "standard wash" was a good ride what they didnt tell me or show me was all the other GREAT trails in that area to check out.

I am looking for the trails users actually rode on and mapped then hopefully get the GPS data so I can put it into my GPS..

It seems the web is slow to catch onto to the swapping GPS data offroadinghome.com has a good start I will be sending them some maps soon as I get them organized :-)

Thanks again.

How do i restore the faded plastic on my atv ? I have black plastic on my atv. On one side of the tank the plastic has faded to a light grey from being outside for to long. How can i restore it to its original color?

Not sure if you can restore plastic. Paint will not stick. If you want it looking new, my sugestion is to replace ($) the parts.
