these almost look like fractals or microbes. i'll have to try some of this kind of shooting. i would have never thought of it!

Thanks TC & Sandman, thankfully the temperatures that made these images possible are on hiatus for the next 10 months or so. I've had to move on to more stable, less ephemeral subjects - see Rock Art.

Your photo art is spectacular. I really enjoy the surrealist patterns. I am slowly getting around to everything on this site. Again I am really impressed with you photo of the frozen desert.
