They are sure good tasting! I like the medium hot....just a slight burn. I eat them as a snack sometimes...ala carte! One of my crew members is a young Mexican woman who is always cooking traditional dishes and feeding us, so of course the chilis are an excellent suppliment. Today was fajitas for lunch.
I like 'em best in Green Chili/Pork Stew . . . fattier but tastier, too, to my tongue . . . Wonderful in a Burro! Maybe even in a Burrito, don't know!
Never eat 'Burritos' . . . :P

I just bought another half sack...roasted this time, all I had to do was peel them all and that was a big job! But a nice job too...I like the feel of hand processing farm fresh food. Only $20 for a LOT of green chili! Norm! These are from the guy who sits on the East end of Solomonville....You should go get you some!
