I loved your photos of the Grand Canyon. I also notice you used one of Everett Ruess wonderful images. He was a true wanderer of the canyon lands of the
Four Corners area. He was a truly unique individual who lived what he believed. He vanished leaving behind no real trail so long ago. We have lived in the desert
for more than sixty years. We have both hiked and rafted the Grand Canyon over the years. I ran the Colorado River the first time in 1967. We hiked the canyon Rim to Rim twice between 1970-1973. The Grand Canyon is so massive it is difficult to photograph and capture its true essence.
