I've come across a number of crash sites over the years.Never a good thing,really.A couple of them were friends.As far as the supes are concerned,there were a couple of WW2 era training flight crashes and a DC3 that went down,as I recall,somewhere in the east half.I haven't come across the wreckage,though I did find part of a tailwheel assembly once that probably came loose in flight.The pilot of that aircraft probably wondered what was making that horrible scraping noise when he landed.
