I really don't know.
I spent a couple of hours on the net and could find nothing that matched the tail markings.
Maybe somebody here can identify it from the paw pads?

My guess would be a baby ringtail. The foot pads are consistent with a ringtail track, 5 toes, large palm pads that are fusing together and the heel pad.
Ringtail is the only critter I know of that would have a brownish body fur and a striped B&W tail.
