Well...that and photoshop.
That is indeed Fallen Roof Ruin in Road Canyon on Cedar Mesa in Utah but there's no giant arch there.
A little more research will determine which arch it is though.

I was looking at his gallery more so than the PS job he posted here.... I suppose he's using a fisheye?

Thise is equirectangular projection of spherical panorama. Thise picture was stitched with 18 separate pictures make with 10mm lens. In thise link: Caves and Ruins of Southwest you can see original spherical panoramas of Falling Roof, House on Fire and False Kiva. To see panorama, please click and drag the image to look around.
