That is indeed Fallen Roof Ruin in Road Canyon on Cedar Mesa in Utah but there's no giant arch there.
A little more research will determine which arch it is though.

Thise is equirectangular projection of spherical panorama. Thise picture was stitched with 18 separate pictures make with 10mm lens.
