I'm not convinced that any governmental organization can automatically be considered a "responsible organization", including (but not limited to) USFWS. They have shown significant bias in the past on many issues, particularly when one side is advocated by wealthy and powerful environmental interests.

When your only tool is a hammer, Sal, it's not surprising that all your problems begin looking like nails. Give the large plate idea a rest. Evidently, very few people agree with you.

I seem to sence a pattern in here. sal, rogue riders are bad. sal OHVs need big plates. sal, rogue riders are bad. sal OHVs need big plates. hmmm.
