The guy who posted that video also sells the DVD's. Click on the "Show More" arrow beneath the video screen. In his description is a link to his store on Amazon.com - which I couldn't get through. So you're going to have to shoot him a PM on the YouTube channel and see what the deal is.

This guy wants $80
and it's VHS 
and I'm not even sure if it's the version you want because the guy didn't put a picture of the item for sale - so you will need to contact him as well.
You might want to go to your local library and ask if they can get a copy on loan for you to check out.
