Storm reports anyone?

It looks like a pretty good chunk of desert is going to get thunderstorm activity through Tuesday due to moisture streaming northward from Hurricane Norbert. Some of the rainfall amounts might be on the heavy side. It would be interesting to compare storm reports from various locations. Photos would be great too.

Frank Colver, who used to post here, has a very advanced weather station at his place in Canebrake, ABDSP, on S-2. I lost the link, but when I find it, I'll post it.

As usual, we will be coming down to Borrego Springs the Friday after Thanksgiving. We really hope for water in Coyote Canyon as we always spend Saturday afternoon between the first and third crossings.

We got dumped upon Tuesday...about an inch of rain in a few hours. Lost power twice. We had minor highway flooding here but nothing like the Glendale/Moapa, NV area about 30 miles south of us. Interstate 15 was washed out there and motorists had to use a 60-mile detour to get back on the freeway. NDOT opened two lanes on the northbound side of I-15 Thursday. It was a pretty big gully washer.
