ATV ban lifed, for now . . .

Seems like the CPSC has to say oops. I'm sure it won't be the end to their desire to ban and over regulate ATV/OHVs. They'll just need to find a different tact.

If you read the story and the comments of the commissioners, they still don't get it. They still are planning to go forward with the ban if the new vote results are as before, and will go forward with the ban in any case by 2011. The only lead in the products is contained in parts of the vehicle the kids don't normally eat, LOL. The only reason these idiots postponed the ban was due to political pressure. It's also the only way they will reverse it.

What a bunch of bull$#!+.
