ok, according to that map thats posted, I found a mine that isnt on there. Maybe, more than one, have to check, but 1 for sure.

There are a number of possible reasons that the mine you found is not shown on the map. One of them being that the mine dates back a LONG ways, and nobody ever found it during the period when mining claims could be filed in the Superstitions.

I have found a few of those myself, so I know they exist out there. Are there any stone monuments and/or markers with lichen growth on them, or altered Saguaro's in the area that you could post any photos of?
