hi, i am wondering about your identification. one of the characteritics of dudleya cymosa is spoon shaped leaves. check out the jepson manual treatment and photos of cymosa. you may have another species that has lanceolate leaves.

from jepson: Leaf 1.5–17 cm, 2.5–50 mm wide, generally oblanceolate to spoon-shaped, rarely ovate or linear-oblanceolate, ± glaucous; tip acute, often acuminate to abruptly sharp; rosette 1–20 cm wide

lovely dudleya no matter what species! i love the pink.
I’m certainly no expert on flower identification by any means. But, don’t you think it looks remarkably similar to:

Any flower experts out there that can identify the plant?

all of the dudleyas have similar looking flowers. the key to identifying it is the shape of the leaves and habitat. from what i can see, your plant has more lance-shaped leaves than spoon shaped. also the habitat for cymosa is Northern Oak Woodland, Foothill Woodland, Chaparral, Yellow Pine Forest, Coastal Sage Scrub. i don't think the habit — desert — that is evident in your photo fits into any of those categories.

these leaves on my cymosa are more spoon shaped with pointed tips. and it was not photographed in the desert.

on the other hand, dudleya saxosa has the same type of leaf you have and is a desert plant.

notice too, the colour of the inflorescence - pink (saxosa) instead of green (cymosa)

hope this helps.
