Hey Lee thanks for the pics and the write-up. Neat place --- without the bees though. Your story reminded me of something. I looked all over and I think it's on another hard drive. It's a photo I took of a wing of a really big barn owl that was flying out of a mine near the Kokoweef mine near Mountain Pass on I15. I was ready with the camera but he was just to fast. Got a nice shot of his wing. I'll have to try to find that.
