Pushawalla Plateau

Post by Paul »

Hi, all! Took my Jeep up Berdoo Canyon Road and hiked up to Pushawalla Plateau in Joshua Tree National Park. Fabulous views and lots of that desert solitude I crave.

Here's a few photos from the hike:

Wonderful photos Paul. I love Joshua Tree NP, one of my favorite places in the west.

Neat place to visit this time of the year, decent temps. and blue skies.

Looks like we are neighbors.

Paul, thanks for sharing.

JT is a very cool place!

In the 60's, I spent most of my formative climbing years out there.

Another neighbor,

Thanks for the positive comments. It was a great trip. I have a really busy work/family schedule and I don't get the opportunity to do things like that as often as I'd like. JT really is a special place.

Being alone in wilderness like that really makes me appreciate being alive.
