A new National Park Service (NPS) report shows that 1.6 million visitors to Arches National Park in 2016 spent $188.8 million in communities near the park. That spending supported 3,100 jobs in the local area and had a cumulative benefit to the local economy of $251.6 million (a 16.3% increase from 2015 and an 82.3 % increase since 2012). https://www.nps.gov/arch/learn/news/news042717.htm
