SALIDA, Colo. – The Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area (ARHA) is enjoying whitewater flows because of the heavy rains this week, which have further improved rafting and other boating conditions.  MONTROSE, Colo. – Stage II fire bans, issued by five western Colorado counties, have been implemented at Crawford, Navajo, Paonia, Ridgway and Sweitzer Lake State Parks.
