Grand Canyon, Ariz.–On Friday, July 8, 2016 Park Rangers responded to a call from hikers on the South Kaibab Trail reporting a woman who fell from Ooh Aah Point. Responding Rangers located the body of Colleen Burns, 35 of Orlando, FL approximately 400 feet below Ooh Aah Point.

The lightning-caused fire is located on the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, north of Fuller Canyon Road, about three miles west/southwest of Point Imperial. No structures are threatened.
