Geo-caching Arizona

Feb 19: Geo-Cache Bash
at Cattail Cove State Park

In February, Cattail Cove State Park hosts an annual geo-caching treasure hunt from 10am to 2pm. Geo-caching is related to orienteering but instead of using a compass, to find objects in specific locations, you will be using personal handheld Global Positioning Systems, commonly referred to as GPS, to seek out a specific location. At this event you can learn the basics of GPS and geo cache at the park. Bring your GPS, some sunscreen and a chair. Raffle prizes and fun for the whole family.
