Westerndigs.org reported today that an immense trove of ancient artifacts had been discovered at 29 Palms Marine Base. “One … site by the lava blister … turned up artifacts spanning 9,800 years.” Previously an obsidian flake of the Clovis type had been found; it has been estimated to be 9,000 to 11,700 years old. The
